Your Stay · Group Trip
Three bedrooms, two and a half baths, a kitchen built for cooking together, a long wooden table on the deck that holds the dinner that doesn't end. Sound system to the loungers, private road, your villa for the week. We coordinate the ATV fleet, the chef night, the Tortuga charter, and the table for six at Katana before you land.
Built for the friend group
Santa Teresa is built for the group trips that aren't resort weekends — friend reunions, bachelorettes, milestone birthdays, founder retreats, post-wedding wind-downs. Casa Calyx sleeps six across three bedrooms with two queen-style rooms and a third that runs as a workspace or fourth bed. The chef-designed kitchen opens wide to the Pacific so cooking for six is a dinner party, not a chore.
The long table on the deck holds the lunch that runs into sunset. The pool stays open until the cicadas go quiet. Below — how the six of you sleep, the six moments that hold the week, a seven-day arc from arrival to send-off, the moving parts we coordinate, and the addresses you'll need by name.

“Everyone has a job in the kitchen.”
3 bedrooms · 4 beds · 2.5 baths. Best for 4–6 adults.
Custom wood, rattan pendant overhead, sound system Bluetooth-paired.
One in front, one to follow. Michael Streik delivers with helmets and board strap.
Group dates are the hardest to align. Hold the dates once you have them.
Where the six of you sleep
The configuration that works for two couples and a single. Or three couples — one in the office bedroom on the single plus pull-out. Each en-suite is private; the half-bath is off the living room for the office bedroom.

The configuration checks out
Group dates are the hardest to align — once you have a window the group agrees on, hold it. We'll line up the ATV fleet, the chef night, the table at Katana, and the Tortuga charter after you've booked.

The arc
Hover or tap a day to see where you'll be. Skip what doesn't fit your crew — most groups do the boat day, the chef night, the ATV adventure, and one big night out. The rest happens at the long table.
Night 1
Self check-in. Groceries pre-stocked (we arrange — send the list). Open every door, start the music, dinner at the long table. Tequila on the deck. Asleep when you want.
Day 2
Slow morning. Late breakfast in the kitchen. Pool day — floats, music, lunch in the water. Walk down to Playa Carmen for the sunset. Easy dinner at Amici or pizzas in.
Day 3
7am pickup from the villa. Snorkel two reefs, lunch on the sand at Tortuga Island, dolphins on the run back. Back at the villa by 4pm for the pool nap.
Night 3
Table for six at Katana — we hold it on request. Move to La Pasión (Tuesday) or Tikiliano DOPO CENA (Saturday) for the dance floor. Pantera taxi home.
Day 5
Two ATVs at the gate. Ride east to Montezuma waterfalls. Lower-tier swim. Long lunch at Playa de los Artistas (Thu–Sun, book ahead). Sunset ride back.
Night 6
Chef arrives at 5pm, cooks four courses in your kitchen, serves on the deck under the rattan. Hand off the music; pour something good. The dinner you don't move from until 1am.
Day 7
Final pool session. Dinner at Brukas for the cliff sunset, or Convivio for the proper send-off. Pack on the deck. Final tequila. Self check-out — leave in waves.

Questions
Sleeps 6 across 3 bedrooms (4 beds, 2.5 baths). Two queen-style rooms with en-suites, plus a third with a single bed. Not suitable for guests under age 10.
Yes. A local chef shops the market, cooks in your kitchen, plates for six, and serves on the deck. From $80 per person, multi-course. Best for night four or five. Book at least 72 hours ahead.
Two ATVs is the right rental for six — one in front, one to follow, three people on each (driver + two passengers). Michael Streik delivers both with helmets and gas. We coordinate before arrival.
Katana (book a week ahead), Convivio (10 days ahead in dry season), Brukas (the 6pm rail table for sunset). Soda Tiquicia and Rocamar are walk-up. We hold tables for guests — mention the dates in your booking inquiry.
Within reason. The private road keeps noise contained — deck for 10–12 without disturbing anyone. We ask music goes down by midnight; indoor and pool noise can continue. Speakers + Spotify + good drinks is the right call.

The house is ready
Self check-in for the late arrivers. Lockbox for the early departures. Groceries pre-stocked, ATVs at the gate, chef on speed dial for night four. Tell us your dates — we'll line up the rest before you land.
